In order to stimulate the team vitality, increase the relevant technical knowledge of employees, and improve the grass-roots team cooperation ability and cohesion, Jiangsu Hualu Aluminum Technology Co., LTD. (referred to as Jiangsu Hualu) carried out the theme training of industrial profiles on May 4, 2019. Jiangsu Hualu production center extrusion workshop, mold workshop, oxidation workshop, quality department and other basic backbone a total of more than 30 people participated in the training.
In this training, the chairman of Jiangsu Hua Aluminum Division invited Zhang Guyue Zhang to give on-site lectures, introducing the basic knowledge of industrial aluminum profiles, solar aluminum profile control standards, production processes and inspection specifications, focusing on explaining and analyzing 30 main defects analysis and preventive measures in the extrusion process of aluminum profiles. Through analysis, explanation and interaction, the employees participating in the training actively participated and actively spoke.
